EV charge points, surveyed and installed properly.
A home or workplace charger is a dedicated circuit that must be designed for the load, protected correctly and, in many cases, notified to your network operator. As an OZEV-approved installer we handle the survey, the install to BS 7671 and the IET Code of Practice, and the paperwork.
More than bolting a box to the wall.
Chargers draw a sustained high current, so the supporting installation matters as much as the unit. We check your supply, earthing arrangement and load before recommending a charger — not the other way round.
- OZEV-approved installation. Where you qualify for a grant, we install to the standard the scheme requires and complete the documentation.
- Load assessment and management. We confirm your supply can carry the charger, and fit load balancing where it cannot.
- Correct protection and earthing. Dedicated RCD protection and open-PEN detection or an earth rod, in line with the IET Code of Practice.
- DNO notification handled. We notify your Distribution Network Operator where the installation requires it.
Survey, install, activate.
Survey
We assess your supply, earthing, cable route and parking, then recommend a suitable charger and give a fixed price.
Notify
Where required we notify your DNO and confirm any load-management approach before the install date.
Install
The charge point is mounted, wired on its own protected circuit and commissioned to the manufacturer spec.
Certify
We test, demonstrate the app and charging, and issue the installation certificate.
Good to know before you book.

Ask a questionWhich chargers do you fit?
We install leading OZEV-listed brands and will recommend the right unit for your vehicle, parking and supply. We are not tied to a single manufacturer.
Can my supply handle a charger?
Most single-phase homes support a 7.4kW charger. Where the load is tight we fit load-balancing so the charger backs off when the house demand is high. Businesses can opt for 22kW three-phase.
Do you handle the DNO notification?
Yes. Where a notification or application to your Distribution Network Operator is needed, we complete it as part of the job.
Is the installation certified?
Every install is tested and certified to BS 7671 and notified under Part P, with the work carried out to the IET Code of Practice for EV charging.
One local team for the whole job.
