We cover Kent for domestic, landlord and commercial electrical work — from a single EICR to a full rewire or EV charger — with fixed pricing and 48-hour certificates across the county.
From the M25 fringe to the coast, we serve homeowners, landlords and businesses throughout Kent.
Kent's mix of Medway terraces, Thanet seaside conversions and rural properties on private supplies means every installation is different. We carry out landlord, HMO, homeowner and commercial EICRs throughout the county.
Coastal towns from Margate to Folkestone have many converted flats and HMOs, and rural properties may use TT earthing — both need careful, unhurried testing.
We carry out EICRs in Maidstone, Canterbury, Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Dartford, Gravesend, Chatham, Ashford, Margate and Folkestone, plus every town and village listed below.
